  when you want something sweet but healthy๐Ÿฏ๐ŸŽ what you need: cut apple pieces ๐ŸŽ 1/4 tsp cinnamon  1 tbsp honey ๐Ÿฏ how to make : cut the apples  add honey and cinnamon  and your done you can also: put it on oatmeal  put it on toast  or- just eat it empty! all good ! enjoy!

noodles without soy sauce  dont have soy sauce? no problem here is a tasty .easy sauce only with speices! what you need: 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 suger(optional) 1/4 red pepper ( you can add more if you want it to be spicey) a pinch of  dry time or other herbs(optional) noodles (duh!) 1/4 turmeric( for making it orange) ๐Ÿœhow to make : put the noodle to a boil  mix the spices into a bowl  poor it in the noodles get rid of the water  put it in a bowl  add some cheez if you want enjoy!
